Sprout Day 150 (Wednesday, August 24th, 2016)

Today was a difficult day, we went 13.5 miles. We went over Barren Mountain and the Chairback mountains. The Chairback Mountain was tough and took a lot out of us.  It didn't help that it was really humid too.  There was a person who got rescued by a helicopter also.
