Sprout Day 100 (Tuesday, July 5th, 2016)

We woke up today in a good mood and were ready to go further into New Hampshire. With every passing day the Whites are getting closer and closer. I'm mentally ready to take in the challenge and can't wait to see what it's like going over some of these peaks.

I slept ok last night but woke up a few different times to the sound of mice or something running around the tent. We planned on going to the Trapper John shelter but ended up stealth camping two miles from there. It was just a hot and humid day and we felt like stopping a little earlier than anticipated. The bugs were bad all day and the humidity was crazy. We went over Moose Mountain. The views were awesome, I could see out pretty far with nothing but mountains as far as I could see.

We're waking up early tomorrow and meeting Whiskers at the Trapper John Shelter for breakfast. There's a house that gives hikers ice cream three miles into our hike tomorrow.

Hopefully I’ll be getting some good rest tonight because I was tired throughout the day today too. We also met a few Northbounders today.
