Today I hiked nine miles to the next town. I'm staying at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Cheshire, MA tonight. I have a food drop to pick up tomorrow.
The hike was through beautiful woods. I do feel better today. I made sure that I drank a lot of water. I think some of my problem yesterday was that I was getting too dehydrated. When it's cold I don't feel thirsty and forget to drink. I'll make sure I don't make that mistake again.
I'm glad I'm here because I got a big sore on my bad ankle and I don't know what it is. My sister helped me find a clinic that I am going to go to tomorrow. I have to take a few buses through a few different towns to get there but I'm pretty sure I need a doctor to see this!
