Smudgy Cheeks Day 35 (Sunday, May 1) 327.7 miles total

I hiked 14 miles today to William Penn Shelter.  It was mostly rocky and foggy but beautiful.  I've never hiked in the fog before and it was quite an experience.  I couldn't see the bottom of the mountain which was so weird.  Now I'm at camp and very tired.

Fire pit but it's a little too wet to have a fire now!
I thought this was a really cool board walk
I love walking through a tunnel of plants
Makes you wonder how this is part of the rocks
Sometimes there are signs pointing to the nearest town.  Lickdale, PA is 2.3 miles up the trail.
It's so wet today.  I am wearing my boots and they are getting muddy.
The fog made for a beautiful, peaceful, setting.  I'm happy we weren't on cliffs today though!

Stony Creek Footbridge
Rocks on the trail today
It was hard to walk over these trees when it was wet and slippery!
Walking underneath I-81
Fog through the trees
More fog
